Wonderful, clean and convenient home just at the edge of campus. Easy walk to stadium, bookstore, and other UofA sites. Outstanding communication and amenities. You will not regret staying at the Garland Getaway

Nice place, roomy for a small house! Kitchen was nice, had a problem with the microwave. It wasnt working, they replaced it within a few hours! Busy road out front, but the overall stay was nice!

The property was in a perfect location to UARK and was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The hosts were great with communication. Will look to stay here again on another visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the Garland Getaway for our daughter’s orientation. The home was cute and comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The host was easy to communicate with and was so kind to have left us some treats for our stay. We will definitely stay at The Garland Getaway again.

Just perfect. No other way to describe this property. Perfect location for all things UofA and downtown square. This was our third stay at this location and will not be our last(I hope). It is truly our home away from home!

Our thanksgiving weekend stay was enjoyable. We came to Fayetteville to spend thanksgiving with our daughter that is a college student. The house was so cozy and the property owner’s were great. The property owner was so nice and had a note and snacks for us upon arrival. I would stay again .

A perfect location close to the university and such a cute home inside. Lots of extra little touches that make it an outstanding place to stay. They provide everything you need to get by! the back porch is fantastic!

This house was warm and inviting and just what 2 moms, tired from moving students and shopping to outfit student rentals, needed. Everything was very comfortable and plenty of space. Big couch and plenty of living room seating. Beds and bed linens were so nice. We enjoyed both outdoor areas. All procedures and amenities were well explained, leaving no guess work. The location could not have been better-Bolder Coffee and Harps across the street and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this rental.
