The property was as spacious with simple furnishings which I liked.My issues were the cleanliness of the property.The first day when we checked in and was putting away our grocery, there was a weird and unpleasant smell from the sink. I took several clorox wipes to wipe the counters and the sink. Then I realized the smell was the smell of mold in the sink as the green/black mold surounded the sink. In the refrigulator too had moldy strips around glass edges. I was afraid to use the sink and did not use the sink as well as threw away all the vegetable and food I brought. I called the owner and sent him pictures. He said he will send his cleaner the next day to redediate the situation, but the cleaner could not and stated that the sink needs to be recaulk.We negociated for the owner to reimburse 1/3 of the cost of renting the property. Although, I wanted 1/3 from the cost I paid, he offered 1/3 from the proceeds on his end. BUT UNTIL THIS DAY, I HAVE NOT HEARD OR RECEIVED ANY PORTION OF THE REFUND. The house was not clean nor was ready to receive guests in my opion.The master bedroom glass shower door was full of soap scum, there was moldy plastic cup in the cuppard, dryer full of laundry and lint basket full of lint. The dryer itself was full of lint that I was afraid to do laundry fear of fire hazard. I took a picture and send to the owner about it's potential fire hazard, but have not heard anything from him.I never used Vrbo, but I am disappointed.

This is a very nice and very clean house. Checking in is made very simple and the owners kept in contact the entirety of the stay to make sure we were enjoying the stay. Also its in a nice quiet neighborhood just minutes from the beach.

This home was even better in person than advertised. First, the neighborhood is a quiet one, and getting the code to work was easy. Then, we got to see the simple clean design. The layout of the house was perfect for our large family. Our teens loved the big tv and us adults truly enjoyed the patio and grill. It does indeed come well equipped. We found everything we needed from extra pillows and blankets to kitchen ware. The hosts were professional and friendly. Messages were returned quickly, enthusiastically, and answered all of our questions. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend both the house and hosts!

I work for a company where our crew guys travel a ton. The schedule doesn't always go to plan and we need to extend our stay, and that was the case here. Paul and Cassie were very accommodating and worked with us to extend our stay. Not to mention the property was clean, in a great area with plenty of restaurants around for our guys to eat at, communication is top notch and overall was a wonderful stay!

Let me start by saying the owners of the property were wonderful. They were very attentive and did a great job checking in with us to be sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything over the month that we stayed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the home was nice and clean. The best part about this house is definitely the amazing, private back yard. The grill is fantastic and the patio furniture was very comfortable as well. We spent a ton of time just relaxing out there listening to the trees blow and looking at the perfect view of the stars and the dipper!!! My only negative to say is that liver room couch is quite hard and uncomfortable, and the only suggestion I have for the owners is to place a sturdy step stool in the laundry room. The washing machine is extremely deep and my husband actually broke 3 ribs trying to get the laundry out of the bottom. It does a great job cleaning the clothes, you just can’t get your clean clothes out if you are short in stature! Nothing the step stool can’t fix. We just moved here to Navarre so we won’t likely be staying again, but will definitely recommend this rental to all our family and friends that want to come but want the privacy of their own place! I highly recommend this home and it’s owners!!!

Beautiful property with a very well appointed kitchen. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the home. Went for a three-day trip with another couple and enjoyed close access to Navarre Beach and the outdoor kitchen area. Highly recommended. Quiet street with no problems from the neighbors. Convenient access to grocery stores and other retail. VERY communicative and responsive host. We had an AC problem that he very quickly resolved for us.
