The Fleet - Perfect Location Near Beach & Boardwalk

Perfect! A Super clean apartments with lots of natural light. Well furnished and organized. Just steps from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The hosts were awesome to work with, and communication was always clear and accurate. The half bathroom is a bit small and parking is tight, but these are small issues compared to how wonderful the rest of the apartments and the location are. Each apartment has comfortable couches and chairs for lounging. The dayrooms are a great feature and provide extra sleeping space for larger parties. The kitchens are super modern and all appliances work well. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a larger group size, location was wonderful, the outdoor porch to enjoy our morning coffee was lovely. Cleanliness, included everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Our host Leslie was on top of communication, it was a wonderful experience and will be sure to be back with the family! Thank you fur opening your beautiful home to us.

Our visit was great! We were a large group (10 people) and the VRBO fit us very comfortably. Loved being walking distance of the beach as well. Would definitely recommend this to any group looking to vacation in Hampton Beach.

This house exceeded my expectations. Each unit is beautifully decorated and well stocked. There was plenty of space for our large group of 14. We traveled with 5 kids under 10 years old and having a location close to the beach, the boardwalk, and other local attractions was so helpful. We had a minor mishap during our trip and the owners were so wonderful and got the issue resolved within an hour. I felt very safe knowing that I could call or message them at any time if there was an issue. We will miss the beautiful sunrises and sunsets but loved all the wonderful memories we all made with each other during our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We rented all 3 units taking over the whole house - this was perfect for our group of 11 girlfriends. Each unit was well equipped with kitchen supplies, linens, and even beach supplies (towels, chairs, wagon, umbrella, kids toys!). The property was clean and well cared for. The location was a half block from Hampton Beach, close to bars/restaurants/shops in Hampton, and just 20 minutes drive if you want to check out the charming town of Newburyport. As a VRBO host myself, I appreciated Leslie's quick and clear communication. I would definitely recommend any of the units for a single family, or take the whole house for a big group or multiple families! All of the girls in our group loved our stay! Thank you!
