    The host has been unresponsive to issues with booking dates as well as with a refund of the cleaning fee due to a poorly maintained home.

    The home had a strong musty urine smell upon entry.incorrect key code was provided three times.the staircase had loose flooring tripping hazard. The air conditioner return had a filter that was not installed and filled with black mold. There was a light hanging directly above the kitchen faucet too close to avoid potential electric shock. The dishwasher handle was broken. There was no ice or water dispense from refrigerator. There was a tripping hazard outside back door where loose boulders and asphalt was present. Strong gas propane smell outside. No hot water in upstairs main shower. No window coverings in downstairs bedroom. Recent water damage to kitchen floor and baseboards.

    It was the perfect size for our group and located close to what we had planned to do. The house could have been cleaner, and downstairs bathroom door was broken. We did let the owner know. Who ask if we needed it fixed but we let him know it wasn't a problem for us. Trying to get my payment to go through was a bit of a problem but the owner was very patient and tried to help the best he could.
