Stayed Aug 12, 2022Good neighborhood and family friendly atmosphere. It had a nice view of the gulf on the top balcony and 2-minute walk to beach. However, property was not maintained and need repairs. Originally when booking the home, we were notified exterior renovations needed to be completed. However, interior is needed as well. We were informed the day we checked in we are the last renters while they renovate the inside. Good news for the upcoming tenants but not for us. We couldn’t find another property for our party size for 2 nights, so we had to work with what we had. Communication with the owner about the issues started off good but after a few texts, we never heard anything else. It was truly an inconvenience. Within these renewals they need to repair the ceilings because some of the drywall fell while we were there. The bathroom smells like mold and it has black spots on the ceiling where there is water damage. Replace damaged 3rd level doorknob to avoid anyone from getting locked outside on the top balcony. The beds were less than comfortable.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022This property was a great place for my family and I walking distance from the beach walking took about 3 mins. Pool was also very nice. Slept our family of 11 very comfortably. Highly recommended

Stayed Jul 19, 2022Overall, we were very happy with the house and property. The pool was great and relaxing. There were some cosmetic things that Could be improved but not a big deal to us. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!
