Stayed Jul 19, 2025This was the perfect place for our family to gather. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The kids had room to play & we had room to visit. The living room downstairs has doors & a murphy bed so it’s like a whole other large bedroom. The living room upstairs by the kitchen has a large balcony that looks out over the backyard & is where we enjoyed watching the views & sunrise & could hear the waves & it was very peaceful. The neighborhood is gorgeous & it’s a lovely short walk to the beach.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Sons, daughter, grandkids and all shared a week of beach fun. All 10 of us had our own area in Addison Bailey house. The kids loved sitting in the lower level reading nook and the four queen-sized bunks, amazing. The short walk to the beach topped it off beautifully.

Stayed Nov 21, 2024Dana is a very thoughtful host with a wonderful property. Right after booking, she reached out and answered all our questions and accommodated our needs. The house is plenty of rooms and kitchen is fully equipped. The beach is also just a 3-4 minute walk. Great location!

Stayed Jun 17, 2024We had extended family all meet in Port Aransas, and this house was perfect for adults and teenagers. The proximity to the beach was great. Dana was great in accommodating our needs. Will definitely try to stay here again in the future if we return to Port A.

Stayed May 24, 2024This home is perfect for a large group and has enough space for two families to have two separate floors to themselves. It is a beautiful home that has been very well maintained and has lots of little touches. Dana is a gracious and attentive host and was very helpful when we had questions and responsive when a challenge arose even over a holiday weekend. She made everything right and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. We will be staying here again!!
