Relax in the spacious primary bedroom featuring a plush king bed, private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity, and direct pool access through sliding doors. Includes a large walk-in closet and space for rollaway beds — perfect for families or guests seeking privacy after a day on the course or exploring Frisco.

“Pebble Beach” – Bedroom 1 (Upstairs)

A versatile upstairs retreat with a Twin XL bunk beds as well as a Full XL bed, private bathroom, and spacious closet. Includes a desk for remote work or study. Sleeps 3 adults or up to 4 kids comfortably. Features USB & USC charging ports on nightstands.

“St. Andrews” – Bedroom 2 (Upstairs)

Elegant and relaxing with a king bed, smart TV, and large private closet. Has direct access to a shared full bathroom (shared with The Caddy Shack). Ideal for couples or executive guests. Includes USB & USC charging ports.

“The Caddy Shack” – Bedroom 3 (Upstairs)

Cozy and charming with a Full XL bed, TV, and standing mirrored closet. Offers private bathroom access shared with St. Andrews. Sleeps 1 adult or 2 kids comfortably.

We’re thrilled to host you! To keep this home comfortable and safe for everyone, please review and respect these guidelines:

No parties or events — this is a peaceful residential neighborhood.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Frisco city ordinance).

No smoking, vaping or any drugs inside or near open doors/windows.

Pool & Outdoor Safety

No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk.

No glass containers near or in the pool. Use provided plastic glassware

Children must be supervised at all times.

No diving or running on the pool deck.

Pool equipment (filters and control panels) may not be adjusted by guests. Pool is not heated.

Pool towels are provided separately — please don’t use bath towels outdoors.

Do not dye clothing, hair, or fabrics in sinks, tubs, or laundry area.

Security

Exterior cameras monitor entrances for safety and guest verification.

Tampering or covering cameras will result in immediate cancellation.
