Located directly on County Hwy 30A, less than 20 yards away from the Dune Allen Beach public beach access, you'll find one of the largest and mostluxurious homes on the Emerald Coast. The Enclave on 30A features state-of-the-art amenities, breathtaking views, and masterful design.

This three-story vacation home has everything you need for your next beach getaway. In fact, it even has the best private pool you'll find on all of 30A. Its massive resort-style pool features sunk-in bench seating, a gigantic spa tub, and a swim-up cabana complete with a canopy bed overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Best of all, the beach is directly across the street, so guests also have easy access to the gulf.

The first floor hosts a game room, a half bath, and two guest bedrooms. The game room is complete with a pool table and a wet bar featuring a wine cooler and quartz countertops. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated and designed. The first guest bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower.

Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find the main living area complete with gorgeous designer furniture, a formal dining area, and a gigantic gourmet kitchen.
