3-story family friendly townhouse with keyless entry and 1 off-street parking spot along with free street parking. There is public transportation one block west should you prefer that route. The kitchen and dinning are being on the main floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms being on the second and third floors. The roof top deck is on the 4th floor of the home. All 3 mattresses are premium hypo-allergenic Memory Foam. Soaps and Lotions are provided at no cost from Public Goods - They’re free of parabeans, sulfates, toxic chemicals, and unnecessary additives — pure and simple.
>Seattle's modest size means that you might catch the sounds of airplanes flying overhead, regardless of your specific location in the city.

To comply with our renter's insurance, the primary guest who made the booking is required to sign the rental agreement and send a photo of a valid government-issued ID before the check-in date. This will help ensure a smooth check-in and verify your reservation.

>SAME DAY BOOKINGS We're thrilled to welcome same-day I bookings! Just reach out to us in advance to confirm the available check-in time for such bookings.

>ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. While early check-ins can't be guaranteed due to potential same-day check-outs, we'll inform you on the day if it's possible.

>SHOE-FREE ZONE As you step inside, kindly remove your shoes to help maintain the pristine condition of our home. We appreciate your care!

>NO SMOKING POLICY For the comfort of all guests, Smoking/Vaping or e-Cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 20 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $1000 to deep clean the property.

>PEACEFUL HOURS FROM 10 PM ONWARD Respect our neighbors and maintain a noise-conscious atmosphere after 10 pm. Your consideration is valued!

>DOG POLICY We warmly welcome your furry friends! To ensure a smooth stay, please make sure to register your dogs before check-in. Our policy allows up to two pets per reservation, with a fee of $75 per pet. This fee helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for our next guests. For the comfort of all visitors, dogs are not permitted on any furniture or bedding. Additionally, we kindly ask that all dog waste be properly picked up before check-out. Please note, that failure to adhere to these guidelines or bringing unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee plus the cost of any necessary cleaning and restoration.

>NO EVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS We request that you refrain from hosting gatherings or events in our residence. Let's preserve the cleanliness and respect the charm of our lovely home :). No unauthorized guests allowed! Any parties or events not pre-approved will face a flat fee of $1000 in addition to your booking / VRBO fees and possible removal of your or your guests from the property.

-Security Camera:
For everyone’s safety, we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door. It faces only the street and records video and audio when motion is detected. All indoor areas are completely private with no cameras.

    The place was awesome, exactly as described. Minutes to downtown and Lumen field. Our family utilized the hot tub and fire table every night with an awesome view of downtown and the stadiums. Would definitely stay again if we come down for another Seahawks game. Thank you for the hospitality and great stay.

    This townhome had wonderful design elements. We loved the living room/ kitchen wall done with a large black and white map. The kitchen has high end appliances, the cabinets were beautiful and the large sink made cleaning and meal prep a breeze! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were similarly designed like the kind you would see on HG TV. The view from the rooftop patio was beautiful at night! We enjoyed happy hour and soaking in the hot tub! Our stay there was much more relaxing than staying at a hotel! Morning coffee on the large sofa sectional was a wonderful start to our day in Seattle. Communication with the owner was easy and their response was immediate! Street parking was always available. I would highly recommend booking The Emerald Club!

    Stayed here with Family - 2 adults, 3 grown kids. It is a very nice three level living space with a rooftop deck. Space was abundant, but so were the stairs. Expect to climb to the upper levels if staying in the master bedroom. If you have accessibility issues, this is not for you. Kitchen was nice with plenty of utencils, dishes, cups, etc. Everything you need. Quiet, comfortable, temp controls in every room. Only negatives - hot tub on roof is nice, but if you are a fan of hot tubs don't get your hopes up if you like HOT and you like jets. It's more of a whirlpool and the heather is not that powerful to keep up with heating, at least not in the fall when we were there. Wish it was warmer - the deck has a grill and seating etc which would be great to enjoy. One step was broken - contacted the owner so hope that can be fixed being a fall hazard. Close enough to walk to the Baseball and Football stadium. Walking distance to restaurants, outdoor track, several gyms. Nice quiet location. Parking spot available as well. Would definitely stay again.

    This townhouse is so nice and the best decorated/put together property that we’ve stayed. It had almost everything we needed. The property owner was very helpful and responsive. The location was ideal for getting around town and convenient to the stadium for concerts and sporting events. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Seattle we highly recommend renting this property. You won’t be disappointed.

    We had a great stay. Chris was super helpful and the condo was clean and comfortable. It was just a short scooter ride from lumen field. Super convenient and a great overall experience.
