The Downtown House/Suite-One Bedroom/One Bath- Full house in Downtown Tucson

The home and grounds are well kept and very interesting. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to downtown restaurants.

Perfectly located to take advantage of all downtown has to offer. Short walk to children’s museum, bars, restaurants and more.

The property is gorgeous and the location is great. The one disappointment is that the ad claimed it slept 6; there was no room for #5 and 6! Fortunately this wasn't a big problem for us, but for some visitors it could be a disaster. The listing needs to be corrected ASAP. Mike DiVittorio

This is a lovely historic home with comfortable beds, beautiful decorations, and a lovely outside courtyard area with a fountain and pleasant views. We will definitely return!

We loved the house and its proximity to downtown Tucson. Very clean and beautifully decorated. There were some issues with not being able to reach the owner or his contact person when we needed to speak with them. That is the only hesitation. Otherwise we would have given 5 stars.

This home was within minutes of the Rialto Theater downtown which is where our concert was, there were plenty of places within walking distance for our dining/drinking pleasure (although I would recommend avoiding the Hub). The home is beautifully appointed and if you love antiques you will be in seventh heaven. Bathrooms are lovely and modern w/plush towels and plenty of hot water. The grounds are wonderful and this place has several units and large outdoor area that would be perfect for a big group who wants to enjoy time together w/their own accommodations. Also, parking is within a gated area which gives one peace of mind that your vehicle is close by and safe. Our host, Daniel, was very very nice and ultra responsive. If I have any complaint at all about renting this property, it is with the VRBO site which I found extremely cumbersome and the fact that there was information on the site informing me that I would get entry instructions into property once I was booked, but then were unavailable and then requires more work to make sure one understands the process and feels comfortable that you're not going to be left hanging when you arrive. The property was perfect! Great location. 5 minute walk to downtown to enjoy the night life and good eats. Plenty of space for parking. Confortable beds. Updated and clean bathrooms. Lovely outdoor seating/views of the courtyard. All the kitchen necessities. Bonus was the historic/ornate Home and attentive property manager, Daniel. Couldn’t ask for much more! We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Just spent three days at this property in downtown Tucson. Extremely well maintained home in a compound of like properties. A screaming deal for the price. Very comfortable! We will definitely stay again in the future. Great support from Daniel the property manager.

This is a beautifully restored house in a great downtown location. Very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our time in Tucson and the house and patio were a major part of that enjoyment!
