Stayed Jul 29, 2024The house is lovely, nice furniture, comfy and spacious. Unfortunately it is really let down with the bathroom which is really damp due to lack of ventilation. The bathroom is far too small for a property for up to 4 people with an impractical shower curtain, way too long so quite discoloured at the bottom. The garden at the front would be a lovely place to sit out in the sun but hasn’t been made ‘habitable’ and there is no furniture which is a shame. The house is a lovely place to spend time, but we wouldn’t stay again with the same bathroom.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Unfortunatly we found the property in general tired (lots of chipped paint work. At the fire place there were multiple old used tea light candles left from.a previous guest. Appreciate this is an older property however there was an extremely musty smell throughout all rooms. The windows were difficult to open and some unable to open. Bed in master extremely creeky which woke us up everytime we turnedover which led to 2 sleepless nights. We did not feel 100% safe in the property as the snib did not work and when closing the door it's didnt feel 100% secure and no options of a chain. In general we were disappointed.
