You'll have access to the ENTIRE UPPER SUITE as this house is primarily set up for guests. Please note there is another unit in the lower suite. These are two separate suites, completely sectioned off, and with separate entrances.

Backyard, Patio and BBQ grill are shared with other guest

• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check-out) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.



• Please note this is an upper level suite and there is a tenant in the LOWER SUITE who used the backdoor entrance.



• Some spaces includes the yard and parking may be shared.



We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.

For your peace of mind, we offer two options:

1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.

2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.

These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.

Please let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 2am, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.

    House was a bit more “DIY” than the pictures let on. The kitchen cabinets weren’t in great shape and some drawers didn’t open properly. Bathroom shower was pretty odd with outdated tub and not much room in the shower. But overall, it was a good place to stay for us. Just might need a bit of a proper makeover for the important amenities is all.

    A bit old. But nice. Bathroom toilet was not cleaned properly inside. But otherwise was nice.
