The house is so cute and well maintained and the location couldn't be better. We lived on the porch with the windows open when we weren't by the water. It was so wonderful to be here the waves and feel the breeze all the time. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

The property was so convenient to beach access. It was neat that it was the oldest house on the south end. We enjoyed our week there!!!

First there was a lot of water coming in from the roof during a rainstorm. Turns out a lot of tiles were missing from the roof. Secondly the master bathroom needs a lot of work - the wallpaper is peeling and the shower rod is rusty. The couch in the living room is rattan and not very comfortable. The house is quite so an ious and has a nice sunroom.

There were multiple leaks, 4 that we counted 3 in the living room and one in the kitchen. Gave me concern that there maybe a mold problem.
