Guests are required to:

Collect all pet waste

Dispose of waste in the outdoor trash receptacle

Use secured pet waste bags

Failure to follow pet policies will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

Extended Stay Cleaning Policy

Reservations of 28 days or more will incur a cleaning fee equal to 1.5 times the standard cleaning fee.
