Great location among the boats and water above a very nice restaurant. Plenty of space, convenient parking, deck for watching sunsets reflecting on the water. Delightful!

The title of the listing said it perfectly. Sunsets here were amazing and we had our own private viewing on the deck. We love Cape Charles, have been several times. This time was unique, being at the marina, still very close to town, above a great restaurant with many other dining options close by

My only complaint is that I wish our stay was longer! We got in naps on the deck and woke up to the sights and sounds of the marina, very cool experience.

Spotless clean and homely decorated. We have seen a lot of accommodations but this is definitely one of the nicest we have visited!

Accommodations were clean. Area around the property needs some upkeep. Planters were full of weeds and weeds were growing all around the property. Some dry dock boats were most unsightly and did not add to the experience.

Nice quiet weekend in a beautiful town. Cute little apartment that was super clean and tidy. Restaurant downstairs is amazing.

Great place!

The unit was on the harbor which is a working facility. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony and looking at the boats and water. It was just a little further walk to the beach than the listing said but was still close enough. The weather was such that we didn’t sit on the beach so our walk was unencumbered by chairs and beach supplies.

Lovely view - great position not far out of town. Great restaurants very near.Grill for toaster very high up so you can only operate it if you’re over 6 foot

Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Close to town, but away from all of the traffic in Cape Charles. A golf cart was available to ride into town.

We stayed here for our 20th anniversary and it was the perfect spot for a 3-night getaway. The views overlooking the harbor were beautiful—especially the sunsets right from the balcony. One surprise we didn’t expect was being able to rent a golf cart on the property, which made it so easy (and fun) to get to the beach, explore downtown, and sightsee around Cape Charles.A must-do: make reservations at Hook @ Harvey, the restaurant located just below the apartment. The food was incredible and made the trip feel extra special. Between the views, location, and thoughtful touches, this was such a memorable stay. We would definitely come back again!

Great spot and location!

The picture that represents this listing is actually the entrance to the restaurant below the apartment. There are a series of stairs you must climb to make access. This was not verbalized and we did not expect it. We had a person in our group that had knee replacement and this was a struggle. You also had to climb two more sets of stairs to reach 2nd bedroom which should be for little kids only. The walls are caved and we banged our heads several times. We actually left early out of frustration and level of comfort. No amenities..not even coffee.

We took my daughter and her friend for her 19th Birthday. Place was immaculate and the added bonus of not having to rent a golf cart elsewhere was great. Would definitely recommend and I will be renting this in the future if it’s still available. Just wish it wasn’t 110 degrees outside :)

The house was above the Hook and Harvey restaurant, but it was a very nice place and very clean. There was a golf cart that we could rent.

2nd time staying and will be back again.View of harbor and sunset is wonderful!Large umbrella on the balcony was great in the afternoons.We had no problem keeping the inside cool on hot days.The refrigerator is working well.Beware, there is a lot of steps but it is the second floor.Restaurant on first is usual empty by 10-10:30, we didn’t mind the little bit of noise.

We come down several times a year and thought this would be a perfect place to stay and it is if you want to be directly over a restaurant that is loud until late into the night.(music and hollering) lots of stairs, TV in main room wouldn’t work, fridge didn’t keep stuff cold and its hot in there. The only positive are the sunset views.

The best feature of this property is the porch area overlooking the harbor.

It was a truly wonderful location. Perfect comfortable furnishings. Outdoor space was spot on, we spent most of our time enjoying the deck and views. Would come back again ans again!

Loud music from Hook and Harvey was just too damn loud after 10 pm.

The condo was beautiful and the decor was so pretty. Location was perfect. We had an amazing view of the sunsets and relaxed. Enjoyed dinner downstairs. The only complain that we had was the air conditioning did not cool the property. No screens in the windows, so we could not enjoy the breeze. The fridge ran warm.

Nice place. A lot of stairs to carry luggage up. We didn't get any info on check in. I had to call host because no messages I sent were answered.

We visit Cape Charles a couple times a year. This was our first time staying at the Crows Nest, as we decided this time to try something different. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Nice place, had everything we needed foe a weekend away. It was also nice having the option of renting the on sight golf cart vs renting from up the street. Views of the sunset were beautiful. The restaurant was a bit noisy as we were looking for a quiet weekend, but made the best of it. The only downfall was after we arrived, having someone walk in stating they booked the same weekend. We contacted the hosts immediately. They were responsive and assisted with the issue.

I loved the property and location except for the music from the restaurant that didn’t stop until after 11:00. The second floor room had hot air coming from the back of what looked like an in room air conditioner. I think the air was supposed to go outside through a vent…. So hot one of us had to sleep on sofa…. Also might co spider taking out small white bar and putting in a round table for eating and cards…sunsets were beautiful and we would co spider coming back. Oh also the golf cart might need a new battery couldn’t go very far.

We loved our weekend getaway to Cape Charles. Our stay at the Crow’s Nest was fun and in a perfect location. We loved having the golf cart right there for our stay. It was so nicely decorated and clean. It would have been nice to have a tv in the living area or one upstairs. Thanks again for the accommodations and hope to come back for another visit in the future!

A most beautiful setting, with the lights reflecting off the harbor at night, and pelicans perched on the docks below by day. Customer assistance in providing for optimal stay was excellent. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay and enjoy the sunsets. We were close enough to downtown Cape Charles to enjoy what the town has to offer but a quieter spot for vacation. Coming back next year.

It was awesome we loved it. Great views. Perfect location for keeping our boat in the marina and heading out for a day of fishing.

We enjoyed being outside of town, but that it was still in walking distance from the Crows Nest and the views of the sunsets were beautiful. We booked the property for another stay a few days after returning home.
