Comfortable,pretty, fel t like home.the yard was a little lacking,a previous fog had been there.

The house was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable!

This was the perfect house for our visit to Waco. It was impeccably clean, well stocked, in a fantastic location, and comfortable for our big family. The owners were wonderful and even shipped an item we had left behind. I would give more stars if possible!

Ed’s are very comfortable. Plenty of dishes and kitchen ware. Water pressure in the master bath was not good but over the house is a great stay and a great deal for the price.

Owners were great and very responsive! House was very clean and had everything we needed. We were visiting our son at Baylor, and it was about a fifteen-minute drive to Baylor University.

Property was exactly as described! Its about 15 minutes outside of downtown Waco in a quiet neighborhood.

Enjoyable stay. Comfy home. Our second time staying here. Had some TV streaming issues but that wasn’t a deal breaker. Kyle our host was very easy to reach. Helped to provide solutions to the issues. Overall good stay.

The property owner propositioned me and offered to pay me to go down on him and do it.. I offered to mow the lawn, due to having dogs, and he was nice to pay me 30 for it, but then the next day made inappropriate sexual comments.

Centrally located - everything was about a 15-20 minute drive. We enjoyed this house so much! Made it feel like coming “home” every day. Very cozy, incredible choices of coffee in the baskets & just perfect for our little girls trip weekend in Waco!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and the house is very nice with bunk beds for the kids. We loved being less than a mile from the friends we were visiting! Would definitely rent again!

We stayed here last year when we were in town for our daughter’s skate competition and will be back for Year 3 next year! Very nice property, great location, clean, comfy beds. A nice layout, great for visiting for a couple nights as an extended family reunion. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay.

Clean house and quiet neighborhood. 15 mins from pretty much everything we wanted to do but was great place to relax after.

Cute little house had everything we needed. Spacious enough for all to have their own room. Clean and neat. Everything we needed was right there. Host was easy to reach and accommodating with special request. We were very pleased.

We enjoyed our stay at your house. We suggest the check in time would be better if it were 3. The check out time of 10 is too early for 6 70 women. The bathrooms need rugs to step out of tub and showers. A shower mat is needed in master shower. This are just things we noticed from our stay. We also ran out of toilet paper. With all this being said we did enjoy our relaxing stay in your houseErer. Eith all this

We needed a place close to friends that we came in town too visit. Beautiful property, no issues from start to finish!!

Great little house in quiet neighborhood for a weekend in Waco. Plenty of room for 5 adults and fenced backyard for our pups.

Family with dog came to our first visit to see Freshman kids since moving them in 4 weeks ago. Place was perfect for entire family. Large backyard for dog. 3 bedrooms were good size for our crew.

This house was perfect for our family. We were in Waco for our grandson playing in the Little League World Series regional tournament. The house was great for the 4 adults and 3 kids. The house was clean and comfortable. Also the host was very responsive and easy to work with.

We came into town for my parents 50th anniversary party. The place was perfect for us and the owner let us check in early for just a few bucks. Since we had driven all night. Everything was great

We have stayed at this lovely home multiple times when visiting friends in Waco. Always very clean! Great location! Has all then amenities needed for nights away from home. Host is extremely responsive! We will definitely be back!

Neighborhood was great - safe, family friendly. Property had everything we needed, plus a stocked coffee bar. Comfy beds and living room, plenty of room for our family. Great communication from the owner. Loved the extra touches like NERF guns and games for the kiddos. Will definitely stay again!
