Stayed Jul 4, 2024The host needs to communicate that there is no cellular service at the property. Renter needs to know the door code before driving to the property. We drove not knowing this and could not enter the property. Had to drive 30 min back towards town before cells worked again. We actually decided to get a hotel after arguing with owner, who still doesn't understand what she did wrong.
