Nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. Nice courtyard however, it rained most of the time that we were there. All kitchen utensils and laundry detergent were provided. Owner was very responsive and even provided a dessert.

The cottage is absolute beautiful. Very clean and cozy. The decor is magnificent! The welcome apple caramel pie and vanilla ice cream was such a special treat. Thank you so much Lori!!

We had such a great time having a mini family reunion with my brother and his family. This house had plenty of room for all of us. And our host thought of everything we might enjoy as a family! Thank so much for all the effort you take in welcoming your guests Lri!

We have been to Waco over a dozen times to visit our daughter at Baylor. This cottage, by far, has been our favorite place we have ever stayed! Great little welcome surprises and beautiful and spacious home! I would give it TEN stars if I could! We would love to come back for senior year!

The house was cozy, clean, comfortable, and had so may nice touches. The game closet was great. We enjoyed playing games each night. The blankets and beds were very comfortable. The chair in the bedroom with the beds was comfortable and a perfect place to relax or read. The desk in the other bedroom was useful. The kitchen table was big and spacious. She left so many hospitality touches: mini scones and cake bites, ice cream, water, mints, a few bags of microwave popcorn, coffee, and tea. We didn’t touch a lot of it but was so appreciative that it was there if we needed it. I can go on and on. Bottom line - I plan to come back to Waco and look into staying at Lori’s beautiful VRBO again. Location was perfect for us - close to Waco ISD stadium were my son was playing in a soccer tournament, downtown silos a short drive away, as well as the farmer’s market.

We stayed at The Cottage for a graduation. This spot was perfect for us! It was homey, great communication and hospitality by the hostess, and I appreciated that basics were stocked in the closets. Usually everything is bare I'm VRBOs so this was a wonderful surprise. Our hostess also left a congratulations banner to help us celebrate. I appreciate all of the small welcoming touches of this cute home.

We enjoyed our stay at The Cottage! It was very clean and decorated nicely with additional thoughtful details.

Property was welcoming. There was a dessert upon arrival. Everything was nice and kept uptight definitely would book again will be back.

Beautiful cozy cottage! We had fresh baked cobbler and ice cream waiting for us on arrival. Loved flipping through all the pamphlets for local restaurants and other things to do and see. Two days after checking out, the owner let us return to check on a valuable personal item we thought we left behind. Overall it was a perfect stay!

Wonderful stay! Even better than the pictures. We all loved this charming house and would be happy to make it our home base any time we are in Waco. Also felt very safe in the area walking our dog around the block. Host is as good as it gets. Can't recommend highly enough!

We stayed at The Cottage to go to a Baylor football game. Great location. Lori gave us a bunch of recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We had a great time. Lori provides extra touches like starter coffee, water, toiletries and her signature peach cobbler. Highly recommend staying here.

Can I just say WOW?! Our host went over and beyond personalizing my daughter’s graduation with grad banners, a welcome card, and a delicious cake. We didn’t want to leave this beautiful and charming home. My adult kids even enjoyed all the family games the home has to offer.

The Cottage was a lovely place for a quick get away with my girls. The house was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The location was close to where we needed to be, and in a quiet neighborhood. Lori was a delightful host! Would definitely stay here again!

Needed a one night place for Nephew and family to stay on their way to a resort. They drove from Indiana. This was perfect! Yummy apple pie and ice cream and snacks awaited them on arrival. Nice later check out time was a plus for sleepy people! Thank you Lori for accommodating our request! We were so happy it was available and so close to our own home. Will remember this one for future relative visits! Great location for groceries/necessities and an urgent care!

This was the best cottage! The homeowner was very amazing. The communication was perfect. She was very sweet and made peach cobler, ice-cream which was amazing. She also an assortment of snacks. The entire home was stocked with everything you would have in your own home. From books, games, etc its perfect. She has a lpt of information of Waco. We appreciate her hospitality and attention to details.

We really enjoyed our stay here! You can tell Lori really cares about her guests and we enjoyed the personal touches that made the stay extra special.

The house was clean, relatively close to places we wanted to visit…but most importantly - Lori went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed for our stay. All of her little touches really made our visit that much more enjoyable. We will certainly be back!
