This was most definitely a five star stay. The house is clean, cozy, and convenient. We had a great time strolling the square and exploring all the awesome eating, drinking, and shopping. We’ll be returning for sure.

The home is lovingly restored with higher end finishes. My spouse is a paraplegic, and found the rooms easy to navigate. I love the kitchen, which was a drawing point for us, as we were to celebrate a milestone birthday with extended family there. The master bath is beautifully done, but some may find the slope of the shower floor a bit tippy, with no grab bar available. A non-issue for able bodied like myself, but be aware. There is a sitting area in the MBR, large enough to expand family sleeping space. Again, the reno here is very smart, and done with quality. The home and grounds are extremely charming. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and very walkable to everything in downtown. There is ample parking in the drive. Nice to leave the car at home and walk to town. There is a TV in the main living area, and you can access any of your own streaming services. I wished for a TV in the master, which would not have been an issue had our family joined us for a visit there. There is no Bad to review here, but there is a disappointment. The owners graciously granted an early check in, as we were travelling with a birthday cake needing refrigeration. Unfortunately, our code did not work on the door. In the 3 hours it took to contact the owners (who were working, not really their fault) we ended up going 30 minutes away to a family members home. Not at all the celebration we planned for. I am space limited in this review. Strongly recommend this home, but remain disappointed.

This house is a dream - it's cool, calming, and comfortable. The hosts have it beautifully and thoughtfully put together, down to the toy and game closet, which was a welcome surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk to the square, swing on the porch, and relax.

A great stay. Our plans for our stay changed and we actually participated much more in Poppy Festival than we had planned. Couldn’t beat it for back and forth to the square. Enjoyed waving to the festival goer from the front porch. Many told us how beautiful “our” house was. All our Georgetown family said they wanted to use it when they had guests.

We loved our stay at this cozy Georgetown home! It’s in a perfect location—just a short walk to the Square for great shops and dining, but far enough to stay quiet and peaceful. The front porch was a favorite spot each morning with coffee, and the neighborhood felt safe and relaxing. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with thoughtful touches that made it easy to settle in.Our host was fantastic—very friendly and made communication super easy from start to finish. This spot strikes the perfect balance of convenience and calm. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Georgetown!

This little cottage in downtown Georgetown was just what we needed for a quick sisters' trip. It is perfectly located just steps from Downtown Georgetown, where we enjoyed various restaurants and shops. We could also walk to Blue Hole and San Gabriel Park. The homeowner responded quickly to a couple of questions that I had. As my sister and I said, when the trip ended too soon, we would stay there again.
