The Coop and Roost - Hot Tub & Cowboy Pool!

This home was a very lovely place to stay. We had plenty of space and the closeness to town was a bonus. I highly recommend.

This house had everything we could have asked for to accommodate 3 couples, my college son and my 85 yr old mother. I have to bathe my mother and her walker was able to fit through the bathroom door and the house had wide pathways for her as well. Owner and management were incredibly responsive and kind. Highly recommend this property

We had our annual managers retreat and let me tell you the coop & roost was perfect!! Super clean and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Perfect for relaxing. Joe was always very responsive and a gracious host. We will most certainly be back.

The house was very clean, well appointed and spacious. Lots of outdoor seating as well. It was very close to the main shopping and restaurant area. Very enjoyable stay.

This was an ideal setting for our family retreat. The hosts supplied an abundance of staples that made us feel right at home and significantly reduced the total we spent on our Walmart run upon arrival.

The perfect location for a weekend family trip with adult children and their SOs. Close enough to walk to all types of fun activities and good food! Asked for and received some really good recs for favorite restaurants! Very comfortable accommodations and nice patio and hot tub to enjoy and talk about the days activities in the evening.

I stayed here with several friends for a long weekend. We enjoyed our stay. Everything about the property was as described and expected. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Fredericksburg.

We had a great time at The Coop and Roost! The place was very spacious and clean with plenty of outdoor space for activities! We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit for s’mores! The location was very convenient being located close to downtown and several playgrounds. Fredericksburg is a fun, laid back place to stay. We also enjoyed visiting Enchanted Rock State Park!

This is a wonderful rental for so many different reasons; location, cleanliness, a plethora of amenities, the feel that you were at home and not in a hotel, great contact with owner from start to finish, spaciousness, great neighborhood for running in the early morning hours, very welcoming atmosphere, and the most wonderful AC capability in the Coop and the Roost! Thank you for the opportunity to rent. This girls’ trip group will return and recommend!

We have absolutely no complaints! The location was great, as it was in walking distance to anything you could need or want to do while in Fred (Main Street, winery shuttle pickup spots, and grocery stores). The host was attentive and responded to all questions in a timely manner. The place was beautifully decorated and accommodating for all 8 of us, with room to sprawl out. It was the perfect girls weekend getaway destination! We will for sure be back!

Really nice property. Back yard/ porch are great. I love to be outside. Parking area is large enough for multiple vehicles so didn’t have to park on smoke. Property manager very responsive. Plan to go back if I can. Oh and inside of house nice, clean, and comfortable.
