The host was responsive, and the house was lovely! Parking was ample- you can fit six cars under the house, if you park carefully. Beach access was easy and the fishing pier on the lagoon was lovely. They provide a beach wagon, chairs, and an umbrella, which was great. The beds were comfortable, and there were no issues with the house itself.My only complaint is that the checkout instructions included washing the dishes and unloading them. It's hard to have breakfast, run the dishes (when it takes two hours for a full wash), and unload them before a 10am checkout. Most rentals that I've used tell you to load the dishwasher and run it when you leave, which seems much more reasonable.

This was a great stay. There was plenty of space for us to either be spaced out around the house or in an area together.

Owners are very prompt with their responses to questions. Close the the beach with a wagon to carry the included beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels. Close to everything you want to go see and out to eat but far enough away from the chaos to have a relaxing vacation. The communal pool and the Sound were both enjoyable and relaxing.

Condo was perfect for two families, with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Had everything we needed! Enjoyed our stay!

Property was great. Plenty of room for the family. Would rent again if needed.

Wonderful setting, lovely house, neighborhood peaceful and comfortable. This house set up was amazing! We will be booking again. Its a must!

Family vacation. Lots to do.

It was great as a short walk to the beach. We did have a problem with one of the upstairs bathroom toilets and the refrigerator was leaking water on the inside bottom of the refrigerator part. Overall good place to stay. It was hard to get everything washed up and out by 10:00 a.m. with a large family but not a deal breaker.

The home was perfect for our large family vacation. The bedrooms couldn't have worked any better, beds were very comfortable in each of the rooms The location was great. We hope to come back and stay again. Amy was so wonderful, she was the perfect host!

The house was in a great location. It fit all of us, with there being 11 total. The house wasn’t as kept up as other houses we have stayed in. Had issues with toilets, numerous TVs that didn’t have remotes and the main tv in the living room wouldn’t turn on and we were unable to use our entire 6 day stay. We did reach out to the owners but they weren’t as responsive as I thought they would be.

The home was well stocked with everything you could need and you can't beat the location with a short walk to the beach! Would definitely recommend.

Compass Rose was an excellent play to stay near the beach. The house was spacious and met all of our needs. This place is very roomy! Loved it and will come again if I had the opportunity!

Our stay was wonderful And the house was great. It was equipped with everything we needed even a pack and play. We had a 3 1/2 week old baby with us. It was one the best vacation that our family has had nine adults and three children and one infant. we will most definitely stay there again. It was close to everything. We had a pool and a fishing Pier on the lagoon side and the beach was in front of us. It was just a wonderful stay We had everything we needed. Thanks to Matt and Amy.

Loved the location with easy access to beach, pool and lagoon. House was nicely furnished with kitchenware which allowed for us to cook at the house. Very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay there again

Our first family Trip with my husbands side of the family was definitely one to remember. Location was awesome, even though the sign was a little hard to see on the turn initially, but we got the landmarks after the fiest day. Owners were very easy to contact and prompt with replies, they supplied ample beach chairs/toys and towels. Some little things around the home need some handiwork but nothing major. Not as many replacement essentials that we have been accostomed to but plenty of stores to shop and replace. We would definitely come back. fieat

The Compass Rose was absolutely perfect for our family/friends vacation. It was spacious enough with 5 teens and 6 adults. Just a short walk to the beach. And the fishing dock was perfect for the guys at night fishing in the lagoon and putting a fishing kayak also. Would definitely stay here again. Homeowner very quick to respond and friendly. We had a great time at the Compass Rose. The house was a good size for our group and location was perfect. Entire family enjoyed the beach and the pool. There were many beach toys and nice new beach chairs. Everything worked except tv remotes but put in new batteries and all was good. Was our first house rental and will not be our last. Great to have all the family together in one place. Will definitely rent again in the future.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and how well the house was stocked and supplied for everyone's needs. We loved the beach chairs and the availability of toys for the kids. We had a wonderful time!
