Stayed Sep 19, 2025The property was very clean. The unit was quiet and easy to access. The only issue is that there is no parking. We did know that but it would be nice to share parking with larger units.

Stayed May 23, 2025We had 3 adults and a baby and rented a one bedroom unit and overall it was a decent experience! For this unit, they don’t allow you to have a parking spot for places with less than 2 bedrooms which was very frustrating since parking is very difficult and expensive in downtown Newport, especially since this unit was also very expensive to stay for 3 nights and we had a baby. The parking lot was empty most of the time too, we were still just unable to park there. The unit was very clean and management was available to contact which was nice. The parking situation was just not ideal!
