Property was very comfortable and Kurt was very responsive. Great location, very close (10 minutes) to many attractions. We had everything we needed for our short stay in the area.

The house was very clean and communication was very clear. We would stay here again if in the area.

Quiet neighborhood with easy access to city and surrounding areas. Cute house with all amenities needed to make the stay easy.

We stayed in the house with 5 adults and 1 child. House was tidy inside when arriving. The grass was very long outside. Luckily for us it was too hot to be outside anyhow. Just a heads up, all bedrooms are upstairs (quite steep stairs). The upstairs bedrooms were quite stuffy as it didn’t seem like ac was getting up there much. Utensils and pots/pans were nice to have. Washer and dryer were nice to have as well but they were in the basement which may be difficult for some due to more steep stairs. Overall, the place did the job for us as we were visiting local attractions like the zoo. There was little cell service so when we lost power there was no way to communicate with anyone for updates.

House was cute, clean and well maintained. The bathroom was a little small but otherwise the house was great!

We were looking for a basic place for our hiking trip and this worked out perfectly. Very clean, all the basics we needed to make meals and be comfortable. Location near the zoo was nice and we visited there after checkout our last day.

Was nice to spend the week back in Cleveland after having grown up on the west side. Those unfamiliar with inner city life might find the location suspect, but the truth is this is an area with average, hardworking people just living their lives and trying to get by. Nights were fairly quiet and property was a nice mix of the classic features of the older houses available in Cleveland with modern updates. Definitely plan on staying again in the future.

The host was wonderful and timely with communication. There was lots of games my friends could play with, everything was tightly and clean!

This is a pre-war house, a bit drafty in January and you could only turn the heat up to a preset temp. The 60 degree stairs where challenging for mom. But I loved the hardwood floors and zoo-themed decor. Some new batteries for the TV remotes would have been nice!would hs

Not much to look at from the outside, but inside was very clean and comfortable. Great water pressure and very quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. Be aware of the stairs-they are very steep and there is only a handrail on the wall side. My daughter slipped and fell coming down the stairs in her socks.

Everything was just fine! Nice clean house and everything was as advertised. Only complaint really was it was pretty hot upstairs, but then again I'm always warm. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was easy to navigate, the only issues I personally came across was that the beds are a little too firm for my liking and if someone parks across the street from the house, it can make backing out a little more trickier. Other than that, absolutely enjoyed my stay! The shower pressure is AMAZING.

Perfect amenities for a visit to Cleveland

The house was perfect for our little family getaway. Everything was updated,clean and very well put together. The host answered all questions and/concerns. It is located right behind the zoo and a lot of other stores. Will absolutely book again.

The home was perfect for our needs!

We arrived at the property in the evening and the upstairs was incredibly hot. While the listing does specify which rooms don’t have window unit air conditioners, I had to contact the host to get fans brought to the house so my young children could sleep comfortably. Even then it was incredibly warm overnight. There was no coffee provided for the coffee maker (not a huge deal but inconvenient). The stairs are steep and have no railing on the lower part to prevent anyone from falling. We enjoyed our stay for the majority of the time but I wouldn’t bring my young kids here again.

Very clean, nicely remodeled older home. Very quiet residential neighborhood 2 minute drive from Zoo and about 15 minutes to downtown so super convenient location at a very fair price. The house is accurate in description, but would be aware of a few things. The neighborhood is old and somewhat run down including one next door house being renovated and on the other side a lot of trash outside so somewhat of an eyesore. However, I did not get the sense of being in an unsafe neighborhood at all. Even though this home is very old, the owner obviously updated the inside to be very, very nice. The stairs to upstairs are typical of 100 year old homes - very steep and small step/tread and high riser. Bedrooms all upstairs and bathroom is small. That said - these are just things to be aware of and we would definitely stay here again.

Its in an area very close to the Cleveland Zoo, within walking distance. The area around it is in the process of doing some home remodeling which had some noise going on but wasnt that big of a deal. Would rent from again if need be.
