Welcome to The Classic C - our 3 bed/2.5 bath house that'll sleep 6 guests. Inside, the living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating, a fireplace, a selection of books, and a desk space. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a meal or just a great cup of coffee. In the sunroom you'll find more seating and a mini bar!



Spend time outside in fully fenced in backyard with cozy seating, gas grill, and dining table.



When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms:

(1) Located downstairs, bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed, closet, and attached en suite bathroom.

(2) Located upstairs, bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, closet, and nearby bathroom.

(3) Located upstairs, bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, closet, Smart TV, and nearby bathroom.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums.



Getting Around:

Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer!



Other Things to Note:

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
