The Clark House- new 3 br, 2 bath in Inverness, FL

Amazing clean property. Close to everything only a mile or 2 away. Property owner very hospitible and available for communication.

The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked and Penny was fantastic!

Excellent. The attention to detail was amazing. Penny should give a class to VRBO owners on the little things. My only complaint was going to be the pillow that was bigger than what I preferred. Funnily, the next morning, I found skinny pillow (that I liked) and medium pillows in the closet ready to go. So many little extras and attention to detail. Great host.

We stayed at the Clark house for only 3 nights to visit with my parents who live in town. The house is very nice. They really thought of things you would need to live in a house. Tissues in all the rooms, extra blankets and pillows, water in the fridge and even a few games for our evenings. We would definitely stay again! It was a quiet neighborhood close to things we needed.

Owner was great and the place was perfect.

It was an awesome house and a great neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet and kept up. We visited a couple places we’ve been before we ate mostly at home, but we did do it to take out one night at Angelo’s restaurant. The food was awesome. Next time we come will venture out more. There is a lot to do there and see, but you have to plan ahead so you know what you’re doing.. The hosts were awesome. Looking forward to our next visit.

The house is immaculate and very comfortable. I was only there for two nights but this place would be great for an extended stay. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. The owner also permits parking in the garage, which is somewhat unusual. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful and well equipped home for our family of 7. Was in a nice and safe neighborhood. Owners added personal touches with our preferred coffee creamer and fresh oatmeal cookies, plus a handwritten note. We had a great time and felt at home.

Had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed. Quiet street, clean and comfortable with all you will need to make yourself feel at home. Host goes above and beyond to make sure everything available in this home away from home.
