Welcome to our 4-bedroom house located in the heart of the bustling central city of Christchurch.



Designed with families in mind, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your next stay. The house features 4 spacious bedrooms, three with 3 queen-sized bed and the other with two singles, both with plush bedding to ensure a great night's sleep.



With it's central location, every shop and dine is reachable.

Please note there is NO dedicated parking, there paid options directly across the road. This unit is next to a bar, so on weekends it can get loud. We have added white noise machines to each bedroom.

Taxi or Rideshare: You can book a taxi or use a ridesharing service like Uber or Lyft to reach your destination. Simply open the relevant app on your smartphone, enter your current location, and set 1/240 Saint Asaph Street as your destination.



Walking: If you are already in the central city area, and the distance is manageable, walking can be a convenient option. Use a map app to guide you towards 1/240 Saint Asaph Street.

    The actual house is really nice and was very clean. The problem was that there is a bar right next door. They play music until 3am on Saturday night. As the house in in a part of town zoned for businesses there is nothing you can do. It was so loud there was no way to sleep. It was not stated that this was the case. We were pretty close to moving to a hotel at 1am. I spoke with the owner and they said they could give me a discounted stay in the future. As I am not planning to come back to Christchurch this is obviously useless.

    Perfect, walking distance to where we held the 21st, and around the corner from the other property we booked. Great heating, warm, spacious and plenty of bathrooms.
