I communicated with host about toilet not flushing and never heard back or had anyone come fix it. Also there is a leak in the roof in the secondary living room where the bistro table is.

Was in town for a baseball tournament. Home is great in relation to main interstate. Only downfall that didn’t earn 5 stars was that the washer was down while we were there that forced us to have to spend about 4 hours total at a laundromat about 15-20 minutes away for a couple days during the stay. Aside from that no compliants

The pictures of this home must have been taken years ago. Notice you don’t see pictures of outside of home. The bathroom light is filled with red and black mold. Shower curtain way too short to even keep water off the floor. In the other bathroom the tiles are loose and moldy. As soon as we moved the shower curtain the whole rusted rod fell on us. Neither of the bathrooms have working vent fans so once you do shower the room feels so humid. The instructions from the owner say you can’t turn the HVAC below 75…..so we were so hot. One of our sons went to open the closet and the door fell off on him. No lightbulbs/or burnt out- in overhead fans in 2 of the bedrooms. A security light in one bedroom flicks off and on all night right in the window. No sleep was had at this home. The couch and pillows have some holes and just looking you can see how unclean they are. When you go out to the pool area- there’s bricks missing off the coping on the corner and no drain cover which is very dangerous. Careful turning on the lamps in the den- one of the plugs had a prong broken off and I’d never use the dryer as you can see how clogged it is with lent from the outside vent. Two huge fire hazards. The cleaning fee for this home is 300. No way it’s being used for that. Bottoms of our feet were black walking on floor. I’m in no way an OCD clean freak but this was listing was very inaccurate to what we experienced and in need of much repair and deep cleaning.

Overall great. No major complaints. Anything that I could “complain” about would be minor cosmetic upgrades - nothing that actually impacted my stay. Definitely staying here again.

I would like to say they did a fantastic job on their photos, and you can tell a lot of money was spent to make the house inviting. The house had some pros for sure, like fully stocked kitchen and easy access to stores and shopping. There was plenty of space for us and it was definitely very clean. However, when we arrived, it wasn't ready and we had to smell bleach for the next 3 days. There is no air ventilation in the master bedroom, and I got sick to my stomach smelling beach for several days after the cleaner left. The water just sits in there after you shower and I'm confident of the smell of mildewy/mold is brewing somewhere. There was a stream of water on the bedroom window the entire week we stayed there.Other downside is there is no dining room table in this house. They have one that can be set up, but there is really nowhere to put it. We made it work with the barstools, but I'd prefer a kitchen table which I didn't realize was absent from the photos. The exterior needs a lot of work. Fences were falling down, roof needed to badly be replaced on the patio, and there was some creature living in the attic space we could hear rustling around every morning. They needed a good yard cleanup near the front door. And I would definitely say all the windows needed to be replaced. The microwave was a bit of a nightmare to figure out how to use.Lastly, the IKEA furniture looks great, but is not very comfortable, so if you are a large person, I wouldn't sit on it. 3 stars!

Great: Check-in was easy once I found the ADT app invite from the owner. Queen Bed in master bedroom was comfy. Kitchen was spec-tac-u-lar (once you get the trick to working the microwave). Location is about 30-minutes drive to anything you'd ever want in Orlando, and there are several restaurants and grocery stores just around the corner. HVAC worked great (we were visiting in winter). New washer and dryer were useful. Back Patio was an ok hang-out space.Needs attention: Roof leak inside near the bay window. Back yard fence is heavily damaged in several places, and rather short providing no privacy. Several interior and exterior lights did not work. Guest bath tub drain leaks and does not hold water. Master shower curtain does not keep water in the shower. Pool is unheated, and pump is loud, waking us up at 9:00am each day when it came on. New washer had not been cleaned and had mold on inside from previous use. Loads of furniture but 90% was uncomfortable to sit on. Neighborhood was not quiet. Patio furniture was damaged. Fire pit in back had no gas, I didn't check grill. House was pretty run down. Air fresheners were overpowering. If my phone had lost charge or connection while visiting, I'd be unable to unlock the house or disarm the alarm system. For the cost it's probably ok for a bachelor party or large group, but the 2 bathrooms would be insufficient for the 16 this place could sleep. Was not really the luxury or resort style shown or as I'd expect from VRBO.

Overall, our stay was great! We loved the firepit outside, the unique sinks, and the inspirational messages around the house. There were a few minor issues. Despite these small things, we really enjoyed our time and appreciated the clean rooms and plenty of towels.

In summary, our stay was ok. Depends on what your expectations are. Pans were not really up to par….. very overwhelming odor of plug ins which is a no no for me. I just unplugged them all and placed outside until our stay was over. (7 of them). Windows and such were ok. The pool was not able to be swam in due to the overwhelming chlorine odor, I think it may have been shocked the day of. Water is very hard, which is a thing for me. The sink garbage disposal did not work. Overall really great however! The host was great and responsive!!!
