This cozy home is only a 3 minute drive to the Brazos County Expo Center and 6 miles from Texas A&M University! Nestled between a quiet subdivision and 30 acres of pasture, and located within 2 miles of fast food and shopping conveniences. Large front and back yard with patios, barbecue pit, and fire pit for gathering.

Welcome to the Chick Lane Roost. We want you to enjoy your time here. To ensure a comfortable environment and pleasant experience for all guests and neighbors,we ask you to please review the following house rules.

1. Quiet hours : 11PM - 7AM
2. No parties or events.
3. No smoking or vaping in the house. If you choose to smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly and not on the grounds.
4. Pets are not allowed except for service animals.
5. Please ensure all doors are locked when leaving the property.

7. Upon checkout (11AM): Gather used towels in the laundry room laundry basket
Keep used beds unmade or stripped
Trash should be disposed of in outside trash can for pick up.
Set thermostat to AC to 77 or heater to 65
Lock all doors and turn off lights
Load and start dishwasher, throw out food and refrigerator items

As long as there is no burn ban , the fire pit may be used. Please be cautious and use extra care when turning in at night that the fire is at a low smolder or completely out.
