Located in Salisbury, this 3 Bedroom house is about 2 miles off of I-85 and 6 blocks from a lovely city park. The Cheery Nook is an older house that was slightly updated a few years ago. You may notice the kitchen cabinets looking a little crooked.. they are:) We have tried to level up the house, but being pretty old, we've decided, what we can't fix can become part of it's charm:) There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom, as well as a full kitchen, dining room and living area. Stayed Aug 15, 2025Our stay was great. My son and I had a perfect experience. He is a sophomore a Livingstone. It was perfect being convenient to the school. Everything was clean and comfortable. Will try to book this again in the future.

Stayed May 3, 2024Awesome Stay, thank you for the great stay, the little things such as the cheerwine, nuts and granola bars, popcorn, ect. made the stay very comfortable. The next door neighbor is very friendly and welcoming. All and all, we stayed because of daughter was graduating from Catawba. The distance from Catawba made this an excellent choice to stay. We did have one small issue, it was no fault of the home owner, but I did want to point out, she was very responsive and very easy to get ahold of. Thank you for letting us stay in your home :)

Stayed Apr 12, 2024Cheery Nook is comfortable and homey with many thoughtful amenities. The king bed was very comfortable, well stocked kitchen and bath/laundry. Our host responded immediately to all questions.
