Stayed Oct 21, 2022This property had something for everyone in our group. I was located close to the golf course and on the water. Great sitting area and fire pit outside and we enjoyed the pool table as well

Stayed Aug 26, 2022This is a lovely, spacious and well equipped home which shows exactly as advertised. I recommend this property to others. The kayaks were adequate for lake use, but the other two watercraft were only marginal in quality and functionality The two-seat fishing boat is essentially useless without a trolling motor and the seats were missing some hardware making them wobbly. The paddle boat was dated and seemed to be near the end of it's useful life. Swimming was not an option due to the volume of grass in the cove and throughout the lake. Our emphatic recommendation is that the homeowners association invest in some grass carp for the lake. The kitchen was well appionted but could use a wider selection of pans. The freezer drawer was difficult to open and close properly which led to an audible alarm a gew times during our stay. Overall, we had a very nice experience at this Innsbrook property.

Stayed Oct 22, 2021The checkin was disappointing, the front gate did not have us at our location; but after several texts and a few phone calls all got straighten out. The house was very nice. Very spacious!!! And the lake was right there! The guys of the group are fisherman so it was great for them. Enjoyed making smores at the fire pit as well. We took a hike and saw the old cabin, school house we all enjoyed that. The playground was also something the kids enjoyed as well. Overall the weekend was very nice and relaxing. Many thanks. Something we are considering making a yearly event.

Stayed Sep 10, 20219 adults and we all had a room! Very comfortable and nice property. Shady and cooler in the hot summer months. Very open and comfortable and easy to find.

Stayed Aug 27, 2021Property is as described. Location is close to golf and community center. A mile or so to the pool, fitness center and stables. Lake access ok for kayaking, but not swimming. Plan on using the pool. Very pleasant and private grounds. Nicely furnished home, very clean and up to date kitchen.
