The Carriage House - 3 night discount for Easter 2026

Good location and good set up for large family staying together. Building and interiors were lovely and unique. Beds could do with an upgrade and some of the items in the kitchen (coffee mugs were not clean). Host was unresponsive on request for later check out request at the time of booking

We were a group of 14 people and the house is large, spacious and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen has every utensil, dish or pot you could need. We were very happy with our stay.

We all loved the house and gardens !Need to fix the light in the stairwell and also could not work the coffee machine but no problem we just went up to Milton Park hotel

A group of 13 stayed and had a great stay. Very well appointed and comfortable rooms. It was an extremely hot weekend so the tope rooms were very warm but its unusual for Bowral. Most rooms have ensuite and the grounds were stunning to walk around.Cant wait to be back when we can put the log fire on!

Amazing residence and huge, lots of space and many rooms to accommodate a large family or bunch of friends. Lovely area to walk and explore, great birds and wildlife too! If we are ever back in the area, we would love to stay here again!Many thanks,Rich

The kitchen was well-stocked, making meal preparation a breeze, and the tasteful, beautiful decor added so much charm to our stay. The beds were warm and incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone had a good night's sleep, and the ample seating easily accommodated our group of seven.One of the highlights was the option to light a fire, which added a cozy ambiance during our cool January weekend. It made the space feel even more inviting.Overall, this is a fantastic property that I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The property is very lovely and we all enjoyed the weekend very much. The carriage house could do with a bit of TLC in certain areas and some repairs.

Our stay at The Carriage House was amazing. The house itself is so beautiful & it was the perfect place for a big group of us. Not far from town but it felt so secluded & we had so much space to have fun over our Christmas & New Years Break. Sara was a delight to deal with. She was easily contactable & helped us with any queries that we had. I will highly recommend this place to any friends & family looking for a holiday spot in the future.
