Stayed Jul 27, 2025Beautiful place to stay! Right on the main channel into Kodiak harbor. The kids watched boats and sea planes for a long time. The house is very nice inside too. Great fluffy carpet. Very clean. We used 5 bedrooms for our 3 generation stay.

Stayed May 31, 2025We had a wonderful time at Captain’s View—we were in Kodiak for our daughter’s wedding and the house was perfect for family dinners and entertaining. It is in walking distance of downtown Kodiak and one of our favorite coffee places. The hosts were responsive and easily contacted. We highly recommend this house!

Stayed Oct 4, 2024Wow…. The properties are fantastic. Quite frankly my history with VRBO has been hit and miss so I don’t traditionally leave reviews but this stay was different. My family and I stayed in the blue house before engaging in the MTNs for a week and the red house upon return. Our stay was extraordinary! The views are very nice and feel is all there. We were just looking for a place that we could relax book ending our activities and got a lot more. Quite frankly already looking for excuses to go back.
