The Capitol District House-inside downtown lp & parking pad for two+free street

This is a lovely home with plenty of room and very comfortable for 3 couples or a family. Davina was a great host and responded quickly when we had a question. I highly recommend this house!

Home looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean and and close to everything. Perfect for 4 ladies on a getaway. We each had our own bedroom. Hostess was very responsive.

Three sisters and our husbands had a wonderful time at the Capitol District House. It was a clean and beautiful home, very well appointed with everything we needed. It's an easy ride-share to downtown. Davina was very responsive to our needs and even checked in with us during the severe weather alerts. We loved staying here and would again on our next trip!

Very nice property. Clean and very well set up. Check in was easy. Close to lots of stuff to do. Short walk to the farmers market, and cheap uber ride to broadway and so many nice restaurants.

The house was in a good central location between downtown and midtown. We were able to Uber to all the places we wanted to see. The house was clean and stocked with essentials. And the beds were all comfortable and clean! The host gave clear check in instructions.

This property was perfect for my grump of 7. Lots of space for privacy with great shared spaces. Ubers to Broadway and around town were reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and a great location not far from lower Broadway (5 min. Ride). Also the host is very easy to communicate with.

The property was perfect for six women. The kitchen was well equipped and so were the bathrooms. We were all very comfortable Location was not within walking distance to Broadway which we knew but it was just a short Uber ride. I would definitely recommend this property. It does need a deep clean and the carpets in the bedroom need cleaning but the beds were clean as well as the bathrooms and kitchen

We've stayed at many rentals, and this home, by far, is the best we have ever stayed at. Communications were great. Easily accessible to Broadway via Uber. The home is so well stocked with everything you would need. Looking forward to returning!

First timers in Nashville, with a group of 8. The house was a good fit for us. Close enough to Broadway

The property is fabulous! It was perfect for our mini family getaway. My husband and I, along with his sister and her boyfriend and my son and his wife, enjoyed a long weekend stay in Nashville. This house is located close to downtown and several walkable sights. The accommodations are so comfortable, it was nice to return “home” after a busy day of activities. I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. You can’t go wrong!

The house was perfect for the 6 adults in our party. It was clean, spacious and well stocked for our needs. The check-in and out instructions were easy. The location was perfect for the wedding we attended downtown. Our vehicle was damaged while parked on the street. There is parking behind the house that might have been better.

We were in town for a Hair Show @ Nashville Auditorium and the location was 1 mile from Broadway! House was spacious and great for 8 of us. Would stay again!!
