The Caldwell - Germantown Highlands

The home is very nice and has amenities downstairs. It was a peaceful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Communication was great and the amenities were much appreciated.

Perfect home and location to explore and enjoy Louisville. Spotless and comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen. The backyard made our first trip with our dog very easy. Dinner at Hammerheads, walking distance, was delicious and walking the Big Four Bridge at night was fun. I would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Super cute house!!! Very quiet neighborhood with a few shops and restaurants close walking distance. The host Scott was easily reachable to answer any questions!!! Great backyard for pets as well!!! Our group of four stayed Monday through Friday and the warmest it ever got was 39. The heat in this house was absolutely amazing. The house was fully stopped and ready for our stay. I was overly impressed with the amount of quality cookware!! literally there was everything you need if you didn’t want to leave the house!!

Nice, dog friendly house with a small fenced in backyard. Nice sidewalks in the neighborhood for a dog walk. The shower upstairs had awesome water pressure!!!!!

This property is a gem and our host Scott was great! Location was great - near lots of fun things in Germantown area but also close enough to whiskey row to enjoy that as well.This house has been renovated and features many nice amenities including a big deck, workout room, and all the TV channels you could want. The kitchen is extremely well appointed for a short term rental - lots of pots and pans and cooking essentials. Scott was easy to get a hold of and was helpful and timely. He also gave some local recommendations for a good running spot as well as some recommendations in Memphis when he heard we were headed there next.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Caldwell. House had everything we needed and then some!!! Back porch was very relaxing and enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels. Neighborhood was cute and felt safe. We were able to walk to a restaurant at the end of the block and also close to many other things. Definitely recommend this place!!!

Wonderful

The Caldwell was in a very quiet neighborhood. It had everything that we needed to make our stay stress free. There is a small restaurant, literally half a block away, called Hammerheads. The restaurant staff is wonderful and the food top notch. Our stay was perfect.

Great location within easy walking of restaurants, bakeries and breweries. House had everything we wanted for a wonderful Thanksgiving week.

This place was fantastic! It was clean, the shower had decent pressure, having the BBQ was nice, the kids loved having the backyard and the air hockey table. About the only negative was it said there was a desk, chair and monitor, but couldn't see one. I used the bench in the laundry but not ideal.
