The Cabanas at Cocoa Beach - Just a 5 Minute Walk to the Beach!

Welcome to the Cabanas at Cocoa Beach, your very own tropical retreat just a short walk from the beach! Our newly renovated property is perfect for up to 4 guests featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a backyard with patio. Whether you're sipping piña coladas out back, grilling out with the family, or unwinding after a day of sun and surf, this property offers a peaceful haven for your next getaway.

The Space
Living Area –The living area is furnished with a sofa and loveseat, coffee table, end table, ceiling fan, and a 65-inch smart TV.

Bedrooms – 1 king and 1 queen bedroom. Both bedrooms include a dresser, nightstands, a ceiling fan, a small closet with hanging space, and a luggage rack. The king bedroom includes a 58-inch smart TV.

Kitchen – A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Silverware, cutlery, dishes, glasses, baking pans, and cookware essentials are also included. A full sized washer and dryer are provided in the closet next to the kitchen.

Bathroom – The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity, plus travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. A hair dryer is also provided.

Outdoors Features - Walk out the back door to your private, fenced backyard with patio, outdoor seating, coffee table, and a gas grill.

*Please note the property is a duplex building (two units), however, each unit is separated by landscaping and has it's own private driveway and entrance.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire property, including a private, fenced backyard. Check-in is hassle-free with our smart lock system. Each unit has a private driveway with 2 parking spaces.

Unbeatable Location - With just a 5 minute stroll down to the beach, you'll have easy access to surf and sun! Nearby, you'll find many popular dining spots like Jazzy’s Mainely Lobster, Pig & Whistle, and The Tiny Turtle, as well as an array of small shops and bars. Our cabana is a 10 minute walk from the famous Coconuts on the Beach Restaurant.
