Everything went smoothly from the booking to check-in to getting around the area to checking out. The house’s location was perfect and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen was large and had lots of gadgets to use! I didn’t need anything! If you’re looking for a “home away from home” this place is it!

Two friends and I stayed here for two nights. Everything was as described in the listing and it was a comfortable place for us to stay and catch up with each other. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and some basic cooking gear, and the bedrooms had room for us to put our stuff. It was also conveniently located to the Sylvan Heights Bird Park (in Scotland Neck) and the Vollis Simpson Whirlygig Park (in Wilson), which I mention only because they are such well kept secrets. The host was responsive to my questions, and check in and check out was easy. If I was coming back to this part of North Carolina again, I would definitely stay here again.

House was very clean and just as pictured. Air conditioner worked great.

The home is just lovely. It’s nicely decorated and you can tell the hosts cares. We were surprised to find a second bathroom because the listing only stated one.We wanted to sit outside because the weather was nice, but there was pollen all over the furniture so we had to wipe it down.Also, we were supposed to be able to check in at 3:00. When we arrived, the housekeepers were still there. We weren’t allowed in the home until after six. We were given a late check out as a consolation. That helped.

Great location and easy access to Rocky Mount and the freeway. Clean, very communicative host, and the rooms and bathrooms were great. Lots of space too!

This was a lovely place in a quiet neighborhood. Not too far from anything. House was clean and owner was easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent again.

Loved, loved, LOVED everything about this stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and out of the way. Everything was clean and welcoming upon arrival and the host/hostess were communicative and available for any and all we needed. We will be back, and will most certainly look to stay here again.
