The apartment was in great condition, and the hosts were very responsive.

The host is very responsive and the house is great. The house is located in a great spot. It has a lot of room and everything you need for a quick getaway. We enjoyed our stay and will book again.

It’s a wonderful home with nice finishes. Outdoor space is great. Host was very welcoming. Very close to Broadway. Just a short Uber ride. Only complaint I would have is the water pressure in the showers could be stronger. Especially on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

The house is great! It's in a convenient location to downtown. The house is great for a bigger group, and we really enjoyed playing corn hole at the end of each day. We would definitely stay here again.

Or stay was involved with my mother having surgery and us having a place to stay for her recovery. Everything was good.

Was a great BnB for the 8 of us. Had lots of room and was very clean with everything needed. Neighborhood was close uber rides to everything but was told countless times to not walk around at night and it was a rough neighborhood. Property itself did have good locks and cameras covering all the property.

A group of us Vanderbilt doctoral candidates stayed here while working on our capstone project for graduation. The home was clean, spacious, and located in a safe, convenient neighborhood. Each of us had our own room and bathroom, which made the stay comfortable for everyone. Getting Ubers and ordering food delivery was super easy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful house w/plenty of beds! Very clean. Top floor with shuffleboard was the hangout place. Steps were a bit of a challenge for my old knees, but other than that I have no complaints. Great place close to downtown.

We really enjoyed staying at this property during our visit to Nashville. We loved the backyard space and enjoyed the fire pit and grill available to use. This home is very roomy with everything you need. Will definitely look to book this property again when staying in Nashville.

The house was perfect for us - 4 bedrooms each with their own bath! The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with towels, soap, toilet paper, etc, and it was wonderful to have a fenced in back yard for our 2 dogs- great house!

I think the house is a little miss leading. Beds were clean, but bathrooms were not very clean. It's not well equipped with cooking pans and pots. The back yard is not what it looks like in the picture. The cornhole boards are old and worn, the grill was extremely dirty. Not very nice place to sit outside.

Very nice unit as marketed. Clean and well equipped. Only one room on main level if that matters. Steps are steep. Could use better water pressure in upper level bathrooms. Immediate area is Fisk University and feels quite nice. But not tooo far away, there are some rougher areas. Easy access to tourist spots through uber but not particurly walkable or scooterable.

Property was great for 4 couples. Plenty of room. Very clean and comfortable. Easy uber ride into downtown.

We loved the layout with several bedrooms and baths. The yard with cornhole was lovely, and the 3rd floor outdoor sitting area was so peaceful. Great communication with property manager.

Perfect for weekend trip.

The house is in a great location that is quiet and a quick Uber ride to many of Nashville's top bachelorette attractions! Upon arrival, the code that I was given to unlock the house did not work. I messaged the host and they responded quickly and gave me a back up code that we used for our stay. The listing is mostly accurate although the last bedroom is listed as a sofa bed and twin bed and it is actually a sofa bed and air mattress. We were under the impression that it was a rollaway bed and it is not. The firepit outside was also not there as the listing portrays. The house was pretty clean although there were many scuff marks scattered throughout the house on the walls, there was a wasp nest on the third floor outside balcony we had to take care of, and there were some cobwebs throughout the house that makes me question how throughly the house gets cleaned in between guests especially for the price they charge to have it cleaned. Over all, we had a nice stay and the house had most of the things we needed. The owners are quick to respond to messages. I would recommend this house to other, however I think the price and fees are a little high for what you actually get.
