Neighborhood description
There's nobetter location to be right in the action than in Cap Hill. Everything you want in Seattle is within walking distance. The light rail station is just 1/2 mile away and will take you from the Airport all the way to the University of Washington.

This is the perfect location close enough to the Seattle nightlife, but far enough to where it’s a relaxing oasis!

Cap Hill is known for the Seattle nightlife, bars, clubs, and some of the best Seattle restaurants in the area. During the day time, you can find laid-back coffee shops to just spend your sunny Seattle summers or cozy Seattle rainy winters.

Getting around
We do not have off street parking and finding street parking may be difficult at night. Guest parking permits are provided that allow parking at zone 4 restricted parking zones without restrictions. It’s recommended to take the light rail from the airport to Capitol Hill Station.

    The unit was walking distance to restaurants, train station, etc. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The host even provided coffee capsules, extra paper towel, and lots of toilet paper. It was great that both of the bedrooms had their own full bathrooms. The apartment is smaller than we thought but the space was enough for our group of 4 adults. I would love to stay here again!

    The host was warm and helpful, and the space is really nice. We watched a vibrant sunset including the Space Needle from the rooftop deck. The kitchen made it easy to eat in when we wanted, but the unit is also very convenient to Broadway restaurants (and shopping). I liked that the multiple levels separated the different parts of the unit, and the outside world, making it feel very cozy. Everything felt clean and crisp when we arrived.Do remember to turn on the heat (we were there in December) or cooling if you want that.

    It was perfect at the Brooklyn, I appreciate the complimentary wine ! The view is amazing. Parking is definitely tough if you are driving 2 cars. 10 outta 10 I enjoyed myself and would definitely book here again in the future :)

    New, clean property in a convenient location. Owners were very accommodating and actively communicated. Only challenge was parking. While having a pass allows you to park at all hours we ended up spending 20-30 min each night coming back after dinner hunting for parking. This is common in Downtown Seattle, on site parking wood have been more ideal.

    The hosts have created a welcoming, clean and light space. There are a lot of stairs (each room is on a different level), but once you reach the roof top patio, it is completely worth it. A quiet space with a great view to enjoy coffee or cocktails with a book or good friends. Close to lots of restaurants and other fun attractions. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. It was perfect for our stay.
