Great views of the beach! The three levels allowed privacy for everyone. My husband has Parkinsons so the elevator made it possible for him to move around. A wonderful week with our grandchildren who loved the splash pool! Hector was amazing thru the whole process. We would definitely book the Brookie again

Awesome location right on the beach and walking distance to beach restaurants & bars, shopping and other activities! View from every level of the home was amazing! The way the home is set up is a little quirky but we loved it nine the less!Big plus was the management company. They were awesome, quick to respond and always very courteous! Special shout out to Hector and Patrick, they went above and beyond fulfilling our every need!!!

The house has such easy access to the beach. We enjoy the availability of the elevator. This was the first time we have had the washer and dryer on the first floor and loved it! Both the 1st and 3rd floor masters have small refrigerators which was lovely. Also all the appliances were updated and we really enjoyed the ice machine in this one! We will definitely stay here again!

I really appreciated the communication including emails and phone calls from the Frangista Beach team. We did not have any issues but I am confident that they would have been handled in a timely manner. The only thing that would have made it better would have been access to a pickleball court nearby!

They gave me notices leading up to the date about planning my vacation and what was available for restaurants and activities to choose from. The house is right on the water. The only drawback is the parking which is real tight for 4 autos. The street is hard to get out on. Overall I would recommend the rental experience to my friends.

We stayed right on the beach which was perfect for 5 babies . Loved the morning view of the beach each day. The large ice maker was also so nice. We did not use the elevator but will on the next trip . The 4 king size beds were perfect and the bunk room was great!The main coffee pot did not work but we had the other 2 so all was fine .Will be back next year !
