Great property. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Easy check in/check out. Lots of parking space. Went with a big group and everyone was comfortable. Very clean, perfect location. Neighbors were very nice. Gas station directly across the street was super convenient. Highly recommend this property. Would book again.

Extremely nice place to stay! 5 minutes from Toledo Town, and in a great location. Boat launch was 3 minutes down the road, and we were able to bring our boats to the camp via the canal on the property. Very good fishing in close by places, but our children loved perch fishing on the bank behind the camp. The place has a big yard where we easily parked 6 boats and still could let the kids run around and play. Could’ve fit 20 more vehicles without a problem. The camp itself was extremely spacious with many amenities. The shop was big enough to have a pickle ball game along with a crowd to watch. The rooms were well laid out, with plenty of sleeping space. It slept 22 of us without ever blowing up the first air mattress. The size of the common area easily hosted our family and gave everyone entertainment. Ping pong and pool tournaments were the talk of the night. To top it off the place was extremely clean and well taken care of. The owner was very responsive, detailed, and helpful throughout the whole stay. Checking in to make sure the trip was going okay and that there were no problems. I would recommend this place to any family or friend as this is a place that left us saying we would make it an annual trip to come to.

Perfect place on the lake if you have a large group needing accommodations. Clean, nice, spacious and centrally located 5 minutes away from town. Owner very easy to get in contact with and was very nice and respectful. Check in/check out was a breeze 2nd time staying and will be back next year.

The camp is exactly as advertised, with plenty of room for the pool and ping-pong tables. Also, lots of room for dining. The roomy bedrooms were nice. A BIG plus is the number of bathrooms, we had 14 men staying with no problems waiting on showering.The huge garage is great for hanging out and cooking, out of the weather. It has a large Ice machine, gas stove, gas BBQ pit and a charcoal pit as well. It also has a big screen TV, and we certainly watched LSU vs Texas baseball both nights.Can’t wait to get back there.

We had a great time this property. It was very peaceful and it was nice being out in nature. The owner was very helpful and kind and I recommend anyone to stay there.

Has everything you could need and more. Very close to the boat launch. Went on my bachelor trip and stayed here. Everyone loved it.
