Stayed Jan 30, 2026Great place, lots of room for 8 people, kids enjoyed the pool, husband and father enioyed the dock out back. Kitchen was nice and big for cooking! Great communication from host. Beds were comfy!

Stayed Jan 17, 2026The Blue River House was beautifully updated, very spacious, and convenient to various stores and restaurants. We were visiting family who live at Babcock Ranch and this location was a short drive to their home and a nice alternative to staying within that development.
