Stayed Sep 11, 2025Great location, great balconies to entertain outside with two outside areas that were spacious. Bedding, heating/aircond/fire place and cooking appliances was brilliant. Shower was average with low pressure and hard to get into, also lack of cleaning applinaces like garbage bags, toilet needs, also sharp knives to use for cooking.....

Stayed Aug 20, 2025Had to prompt agent to receive check in info, and received their registration form stating that if we booed direct we would have receive one of 4 nights free.House clean but amenities very dated and not luxurious at all. Oven hot plates take 20min to heat up. Tv remote so worn cannot tell what any buttons control. Entire bedroom area downstairs very cold and draughty and some windows in toilet bathroom and bunk room don’t close so cannot warm place up. Bathroom cold and damp and shower old and water pressure terrible. Anyone using toilet can be heard throughout house and if needing toilet at night it is freezing. Not a house anyone should rent in colder months.All Upstairs living kitchen/all downstairs bedrooms,toilet and bathroom. Entire house floored in timber laminate and no insulation between levels so anyone walking upstairs wakes anyone downstairs. Can hear every footstep. Trees in front yard drip sap on cars every day. At 375 a night off-peak - this was a poor choice of rental. Great location close to beach, and Yard good for dog. Linen and beds comfy. House nice and clean.
