Stayed May 6, 2025My family and I booked The Blue Door Farmhouse for a three night stay as we were making a stop in the DFW area. Judson and Sammi were great to work with from the beginning all the way through the checkout! When we arrived and walked it the home was so inviting. It had the feel of our home from the shiplap wall to the flooring. A big feature that sold me on this home was the use of the garage for our vehicle. Most of the homes we looked at in the DFW area had taken the garage and made it a game room. So we utilized it every day. We did have a problem with the AC on the second day. However when I called Judson he assured me he would get it taken care of. It wasn’t a few minutes later he was calling back telling me the AC guy would be at the home in about 10 minutes. To which he was. It was a simple fix and he was there maybe 20 minutes. Things worked great after that! If you’re looking for a great place in Irving, this is the place for you! It’s halfway between Dallas and Fort Worth. The hosts Judson and Sammi are wonderful hosts. If I’m ever back in the area, my family and I would rent from them again!!

Stayed Feb 27, 2025Home was as described. Beautiful furnishings. Would definitely recommend. Only suggestion would be to have more towels and wash clothes so we wouldn’t need to wash some everyday.

Stayed May 24, 2024We were delighted with our stay. We had everything we needed and it was clean and comfortable. It was close to downtown Dallas and everything we were there to do. Plenty of privacy with the 3 bedrooms. We hope to come back to stay here next year!
