The Blissful Escape- Plano

The host was in touch immediately with any request or problem. The house was amazing , it had everything one could want and the location was great. There was a few glitches with repairs that needed done but the host was on top of it. I recommend this place highly

I have had a rental property in the past so my reviews come from experience on both owner/renter perspectives. Fair and observational. The house looks like the pictures but has been used - aged quite a bit and seems kind of run down. The bedroom and bathroom furniture, fixtures are cheap and don't work properly. Beds were okay and pillows are flat which is fine for me, but some in our party bought pillows on the trip. There was a plumbing issue upon arrival and it took two trips - 2 evenings, yes evenings - for the problem to be fixed putting a dent in our dinner/family times. A major repair is imminent. The hosts did what they could to help, but it was very inconvenient. The kitchen appliances are really nice. Kitchen is moderately appointed. The large sofa allows for family to gather. The pool table was a nice addition and we used it quite a bit. Overall, in comparison to other VRBO rental experiences, I would say this was sub par. For the money, I wasn't really impressed.

Blissful is the correct word! We really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants and very clean interior. The communication with Hai was very quick and we had no issues at all. We go to Dallas every year and we will DEFINITELY book next year.

Overall is was a very good experience. Good location and the house is very nice. I though their cleaning crew missed some things they shouldn't have which is the only reason I couldn't give it an excellent rating. I communicated those things to the owner and they were receptive to the feedback.

The property was great. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check in and check out were super easy. The hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. We would stay again.

We had a very important family event -- our 9 month granddaughter meeting her 4 month cousin, and Aunties and Uncle meeting their nieces for the first time. We flew in and were fortunate enough to stay in this fantastic place -- around the corner from our son's place. Very convenient location. The house was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out. My granddaughter loved the mirrored coffee table and my daughter was happy with the children's books. The pool table probably experienced the worst games its ever seen, but was a lot of fun. Hai's communication was wonderful and she was very responsive when we reached out. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Hai.

We were there for the Dallas Cup tournament. It was a perfect place to stay. The rooms are great and plenty of space. Great neighborhood and you have a pleasant walk. The boys took advantage of pool table and the appliances are nice. It was a wonderful experience for us. Definitely looking forward to next year.
