Beautiful!!!! This was the perfect home for our family vacation. Pool is a great place to be at the ocean with no sand. Ocean views from every room. Best place I have ever stayed will be booking this home again. Thank you!

My husband, myself and our 8 friends really enjoyed our stay at Black Pearl! It was super convenient being right on the beach! We had a few issues when we first arrived but they quickly got resolved. Maintenance was there in a flash and were extremely helpful and very nice. The kitchen and family room area was nice and spacious. The only thing I would suggest for the kitchen would be to add a couple more non stick pans and some pot holders & hot pads for the countertop. Other than that we had everything we needed! Thank you to everyone at Prickett Properties for being so friendly & accommodating! We appreciate everything you all did to make our stay memorable!! ?

This house is beautiful and has all that you need. Myself and family members who stayed highly recommend blinds in the bedrooms facing the water. The views are amazing but there is absolutely no privacy for those bedrooms and they get really hot. The ice maker wasn't working but we had bags of ice so we were ok. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms facing the ocean wasn't working which made it even hotter in that room. Maintenance brought out box fans the next day which helped. Overall a great property.

Pros: Price, great shower heads Cons: narrow stairs difficult with luggage & roof line drips directly on stairs during rain, more crowded because adjacent to public beach, poorly appointed kitchen, lots of technology but no instructions, lack of window coverings (sun in your eyes during dinner, no sleeping in, anyone on beach can see directly into house), no where to put suitcases in bedrooms & no dressers, no place to hang hand towels, cleaning was not thorough (potato chips in top bunk, snack wrappers & child's sock under couch, sterile lancet under bed, fingerprints on windows, missing light bulbs and fire/smoke detector), ice maker not working properly, no place to sit on upper balcony, difficulty getting front door locked.

Beautiful house with plenty of room and so close to the beach!

Beautiful home. Everyone had their own bathroom. The driveway to the home is literally the beach access, cant get any closer than that! Three of the bedrooms wake up to ocean views.

We booked this house for a four family friend vacation and it was perfect. The master suites with private baths provided plenty of space for activities and relaxing. The living room widows and ocean view bedroom windows were gorgeous; it was such a unique experience to wake up to. The double fridge was very helpful when planning for so many families. The only inconvenience was that many of the rooms didn’t come equipped with dressers for clothing, so keeping our clothes organized with a bit annoying. Regardless, we would 100% stay again and recommend to others looking for a perfect beach vacation.

The house is very modern, roomy, private and virtually soundproof. Ample parking for 6 vehicles. The pool was a wondeful added feature. Nice to relax in the water after a day on the beach. The AC worked wonderfully! Nice big kitchen with 2 refrigerators and a seperate ice maker at the wet bar. Plenty of kitchen items to cook. We were a party of 12 adults and never ran short of anything. Spacious eating area for 12 adults. The sunlight and views throught the house were amazing. The only downfall is there are no curtains or blinds in the bedrooms facing the ocean. This made it a little hard to get dressed at night when the lights are on. You can see straight through into the bedroom. All the beds slept good and bathrooms were great! Enough seating for us to hang out in the living room together. Loves the black/white theme throughout the house. I would highly recommend this house.
