On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room, living room overlooking the terrace of 20 m² (dining area, garden furniture, deckchair, umbrella, shower). Shower room-WC.
1st: 2 air-conditioned rooms with balcony 9 m². Bathroom-WC and closet.

Housing

House of 65 m² near the beach. Restaurant (Le Pacha), bar, grill, snack, pizzeria, supermarket, fruits and vegetables, breads, beach items ... below (in season).

On the ground floor: open kitchen (oven, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, nespresso machine magimix Vertuo (new pods), ice machine, electric citrus press, kettle, toaster ...), lounge with TV, sofa bed and 2 armchairs, shower room-wc and washing machine.

The living room (bay window with brick partition) gives directly on the big semi-covered terrace of 20 m ² equipped with 2 sunbathings, a living room of garden and a barbecue with gas.
Garden of 18 m² equipped with a small garden (relaxation), a parasol and an outdoor shower.

Bedroom 1: a bed of 160 cm, bedside table, serving, very large wall cupboard, wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: two beds of 90 cm, bedside table, serving, very large wall cupboard, wardrobe.
Terrace: 2 sun loungers, table.
