Stayed Nov 14, 2025Excellent location. Close to local parks, grocery stores and many retail locations. The property and parking also feels safe and secure.

Stayed Oct 13, 2025Beautiful location and premises. Lovely updated bathroom and space. The guest suite is separate from the rest of the house with private entrance and access to laundry room which is its own building. A really cool property where walking trails are literally a few steps away. Host is responsive and accommodating. Truly a best value space. I would definitely stay again. An Especially safe ans beautiful location of town. Would recommend as family friendly and singles friendly for safety and feeling at ease.

Stayed May 22, 2025I'm a remote IT worker, and needed to spend several weeks in Tucson to assist my parents. I needed a place near my parents, with decent Internet and lots of quiet (I needed to be online each morning at 4:00am). I was dreading staying in a hotel, but this place popped up and fit the bill perfectly. I had never used VRBO before, and was quite pleased with the results.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025No frills but we weren't looking for that. The property was along a biking trail and we WERE looking for that. Convenient to dining and grocery store.

Stayed Oct 28, 2024The room/bathroom are clean and well equipped with tables/chairs etc.... The parking is convenient and it's in a great location with easy access to lots of stores and the dedicated bike/walking path.
