The Berry Mid-Century Modern Stay w/ 3BR - UK

The property was very cute. And although we read some the reviews, we did miss that it did not have a dishwasher or laundry. Totally our fault for not combing through everything, but wish it was called out better.

Just wished the property had a washer and dryer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home and enjoyed its convenience to campus and town. The neighborhood was lovely to walk and take in all the spring blooms! We didn't notice when we booked that there was no dishwasher and we tend to cook on our own so that was noteworthy but still enjoyed the cleanliness, comfy beds, and added amenities of water bottles and ease of access.

Absolutely loved this house and the location! Perfect place to stay for our family for our first Big Blue game day as new UK parents! Easy walk to Kroger, quiet family friendly neighborhood, lovely little house. Very well done. Beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up! This is our favorite host in this area to stay with. Their homes are so stylish and easy to get in and out of. Highly highly recommend these hosts.

Nice home, decorated nicely - everything was great about stay. Only 1 issue with accessing property, but host communicated well. Also - I didn’t notice when I booked that there was no washer & dryer at property - but the host was helpful in finding a wash n food service.

The house was exactly as advertised, very cute decor with all the extras that make for a great stay. Clean fresh bedding, small bottles of water and chocolates for a sweet welcome. Suggestions for a fun stay in Lexington along with directions for check out posted on the fridge. Loved the extra touches like Meyers cleaning supplies and organic shower gels and shampoo and conditioners for our use. Loved the neighborhood and being within walking distance of Chevy Chase. The single suggestion I would make . . . there were six of us and only five coffee mugs :)

Lovely property in an amazing neighborhood! The home had everything we needed for our stay. The decor was on point, the beds and bedding were dreamy. Premium soaps graced the bathrooms and kitchen for added aromatherapy. A walkable neighborhood to restaurants and on a less traveled street. Will definitely see if this property is available if we visit again!

We arrived to this cute house late at night, right before Christmas, in the middle of a snowstorm to find that the owners had turned on two small electric fireplace heaters to greet us. The next morning there was even a cute container of coffee waiting by the coffee maker! The house was immaculate and hosted us through Christmas where we set up a little tree, baked breakfast casseroles and opened presents. We could feel the care that went into setting up this vrbo, and welcoming guests. We loved our time in The Berry and will be back!
