Stayed Nov 21, 2023We enjoyed our stay at Berkley Manor so much two years ago that we went again. This time we included two additional elderly family members. Very comfortable. Lots of space outside and in. Huge dining room for meals. Quiet areas to read in. We love it!

Stayed Aug 19, 2023This Property had that great Ocracoke feel both in the house and in the hospitality provided by Phoebe and Robb. House was comfortable and spacious. AC worked great! Great outdoor space plenty of parking. Kitchen handled our group of 11 well. Close to great restaurants! This would be my first choice stay if you need a large place for a group and want to be close to Harbor!
