    This place was great! Nice large living room where we could all gather. Spacious with all the amenities! Nice area of town just a short drive to everything! A little traffic noise, but we quickly got used to it. The managers are fantastic! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

    This was a great location and property convenient to Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities. Spacious, well appointed with en suite baths for all three bedrooms. We had a wonderful time hanging out between events and found fun things to do and restaurants in walking distance.

    The hosts went above and beyond for a special occasion that we were celebrating. The townhouse was close to a lot of activities that were within walking distance …such as midtown, music row , Belmont house , 12 south and other small towns, plus a small drive to broadway.The house was located near a busy road but we got past that since the house was located in a convenient area.Thanks to the team!

    We met up with family from Cleveland (we are from Chicago) to visit our daughter who attends Belmont. The location was perfect for what we needed. Had trouble getting in when we first arrived but contacted Hallson and were immediately given a code to access the property. Also contacted our Guest Manager to ask a question about parking near broadway- response was quick and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

    Overall good stay especially for the price. It was clean but since pets are allowed, there was a bit of dog hair that got on things. As a dog owner myself, that is expected regardless how much you clean. Any items requested were provided immediately. You just need to be aware there is a lot of street noise.

    This was a great stay. Townhome was clean and had all the necessities that you need for a good stay. Proximity to 12 South is a short walk and Proximity to Broadway is a quick uber. Property manager was on point with excellent communication about arrival, stay and departure. The only reason I am not giving it a full 5 star review is that it is located on a busy street, with the master on that side of the house. The mornings were a little noisy.

    this is a nice condo in a central location in nashville. the kitchen is well stocked. the couch is comfy as well as the beds. the property managers were so helpful and quick to respond with any questions. there is a great coffee shop called 'substrate' next to the place. the condo is on a street with heavy traffic. I found the noise to be loudest in master bedroom. so would advise to bring earplugs if that bothers you! overall had a great stay.

    We had a group of 8 and the house fit all of us comfortably. It was pretty clean with the exception of the kitchen table that hadn’t been wiped down. We arrived after 4pm (check in time) but our pre-stay form stated 6pm, so we weren’t able to get into the house right away. The code they provide you with for the front door won’t work until the time you specify on your form. The door was unlocked by the management company after I called them because we couldn’t get in, but it wasn’t convenient. Just put 4pm on your check in form to eliminate this inconvenience. Also, if you do a “luggage hold,” note that you may need to call the company again to be let in to retrieve your luggage. We were told we had until 2:30pm to get our luggage from the garage, but no one was there when we arrived at 2:15pm, and we had to call management again to let us in. It wasn’t a major problem, just a bit of an inconvenience as the process wasn’t what was described and we had to cancel our Ubers and wait several minutes for the company to unlock the door. The house is only a 4-5 min car ride to12 South and The Gulch, which was great! Overall 4/5 stars for with our stay ⭐️
